THE CERITICAL REVIEW OF RATATOILLE MOVIE

This movie is an animation movie that is indicated its location in French exactly in Paris and that is produced by Brad Lewis. It raises a story about the greatest chef of Gusteau with the next generation of Linguini and chef Remy is like a little rat. Also, the movie is not separated from the story about great challenge of Linguini’s life with his new job as a garbage worker in Gusteau’s restaurant after his death. He always gets degradation from the temporarily leader of Gusteau’s restaurant. In addition, he is never allowed by him to cook everything in the kitchen. So, it is too miserable for linguini though he always arms himself with patience in getting it.  
Linguini is Gusteau’s son that is like a fool man has no knowledge about everything. But, he gets fortunes from a little chef’s help that he gets a surprise position in his job. He could increase costumer’s belief of him. Moreover, it’s not too long to get his position as the greatest chef in Paris and Even up to French. Those all are from a little rat’s help that could cook very well and even knows the greatest recipes as well as Gusteau. The meeting between Linguini and a rat is carrying big development in Gusteau’s restaurant especially for linguini’s life. In addition, the progress of Gusteau’s restaurant could invite the attraction of the most famous critic in Paris, Mr. Anton Ego. He gives a challenge to linguini to give him the most special food that is created by linguini. So, he could give his opinion about linguini’s food to write it on his paper.
Once night, Mr. Anton Ego comes again and demands Linguini’s agreement to prove all the truth of his nice and great food. But, it is the confusing moment for linguini because a little chef is nothing. He makes a terrible case to a little chef so that it leaves linguini alone to fix his problem. But, rat’s imagination of Gusteau is appeared again and gives it motivation to come back. So, it comes back at that serious moment to help linguini serves Mr. Ego for food. Unfortunately, this case makes all workers know about a little chef’s confidentiality and especially about the untruth of linguini’s cooking skill. Moreover, this case makes all workers quit from job except Colette, probably his girlfriend. So, this case makes Linguini more and more confusing. Fortunately, a little chef has an idea that it calls its family to help linguini serves many foods for the costumers especially for Mr. Ego that has been waiting for a long time.
At that time, a little chef attempts to serve Mr. Ego for Rotatoille food, as same as the title, because a little chef knows that he likes Rotatoille in his childhood. With the result, Mr. Ego attempts to taste it and then he likes it very much until he doesn’t know that he falls down his pen. So, this occasion make Gusteau’s restaurant more famous until the costumers make queue outside to get his food because they have huge surplus of the costumers.
I think this movie is one of good movies that I had been watching before. The movie has a beautiful characteristic of scene, cast according to player’s action, story, plot, and soon. But, there are several mistakes negatively in my mind because there are some motives inside. Generally, all children like an animation film so that they could watch it and probably imitate several actions of players. As we don’t expect if there are some negative effects of the movie such as a kiss action, dangerous action, amoral play, and soon, that could make children imitated to practice in real situation. So, in this movie has several action is same as with above description, such as a kiss action between Colette and Linguini, dangerous action between a temporary boss and a rate or between a rate and linguini when they train to cook especially when cutting vegetables, amoral play in boss character that always give degradation for linguini, and soon. This occasion would be dangerous for children in their daily activities. So hopefully, every parent should be more carefully to let their children watching this movie and even they have to control their child when watching it.

An Analysis on the Character of Ebenezer Scrooge in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol

Ebenezer Scrooge is the main character in the novel of Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol. His role in the Charles’ novel attracts the present-writer’s attention to make some criticism regarding his characteristic in social life.
