Movie; A CRITICAL REVIEW OF HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON

How To Train Your Dragon is one of American’s 3D Animation Movies that are directed by Chris Sanders and Dean Deblois and produced by Bonnie Arnold. This movie is based on the book by Cressida Cowell that tells about the battles among Vikings and dragons. There are many actors and actresses participate in this movie. But, there is one as special actor that is very depended on him to make this movie success. He is hiccup as a Viking hero that can communicate with the dragons and unite Viking communities with them. Moreover, he can be very close to Toothless is called Night Furry. But actually the case is Night Furry is very dangerous to close. Yet, it is not the challenge to him because he is not afraid to try to close himself to it.

When he try to unite the Vikings to the dragons, he face many contras from his Viking communities especially from his father because no one can believe him that the dragons are not dangerous unless Astrid, his girlfriend. But, he can prove his statement when his father and the other Vikings attack the dragons in the Dragon Island. As that time, he and his friends ride the dragons heading to Dragon Island to help their communities in fighting with the biggest dragon. When his father looks at them, his father feels amazed and regrets about what he did to his son. So, he releases Night Furry from as hostage to help his son in fighting. Finally, they are the winner in that case and this moment is the end of the battles between Vikings and the dragons.

I think this movie has several advantages that are very amazing. They are good animation, strategic settings, amazing inspirations, perfect acting, etc. But, there is a moment that is not good according to me. It’s when Astrid kisses Hiccup because this case is not good for children.
